Section 45 Companies Act – Financial Assistance

Don't think that just because you are dealing with a foreign company that Sec 45 (Financial Assistance) of the South African Companies Act does not apply.

It certainly does and you must make sure of compliance as the consequences of not doing so are harsh in the extreme and should be avoided at all costs.
