FDI is what South Africa badly needs. The Government has put in place various measures to encourage FDI’s, including simple tax rules, investment incentives and a better regulatory policy on competition and protection of intellectual property. Familiarise yourself with these incentives when engaging with potential foreign investors. It is your duty to be able to discuss these matters with potential foreign investors.
