Hats off to CIPC for improving the efficiency and ease with which to register (online) Newcos. The almost instantaneous incorporation of Newcos using the standard form MOI with RSA directors (without the need to submit any supporting documents for physical review) has basically made the use of Shelf Companies redundant.
